I-69 Finish Line
(Southwest side): This long-term project is wrapping up, with minor construction activities continuing through the summer of 2025. The I-69/I-465 interchange on the southwest side is now open.

I-65/I-70 Downtown
: The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is conducting weekend closures on I-65 to accommodate ongoing project work. The north and south split remains accessible by at least one lane in both directions.

US 31
(Hamilton County): A long-term project to upgrade US 31 to a limited-access freeway is proceeding in phases through 2026. This includes new overpasses and interchanges. Construction and closures were also noted on 146th Street near Allisonville Road in Fishers as of September 22.
- Speed limit change on I-465: In July 2025, the speed limit on most of I-465 increased from 55 mph to 65 mph.
- West Street resurfacing: The final phase of resurfacing on West Street in downtown Indianapolis is underway and expected to be completed by the end of September. Daytime lane closures are occurring between 11th Street and Morris Street.
- IndyGo Blue Line construction: Ongoing work is affecting multiple sections of Washington Street.
